Beef Sunday Roast with Cauliflower Cheese

Location : West Didsbury (free parking available)

Price : £15-18

Paz recommends : The 3 meat roast is wellllll worth the £18. Also booking a table on weekends. Sitting on the outside patio on a sunny day.

Vegetarian/vegan/halal/gluten free: yes/yes/no/yes

Discounts/deals : Coffee and cake deal for £5, but I’d be surprised if you have space after the size of their roasts!

Wings : Bunny Jacksons

10p BBQ wings! Credit: @bunnyjacksonsmcr on instagram

Location :  First Street

Price : 10P A WING!!!!!!

Paz recommends : Skip the fizzy drinks so you can eat more wings. I have only eaten the wings here but the rest of the food looks pretty amazing too! I recommend alternating every couple of wings between buffalo and BBQ wings for max flavour experience.

Vegetarian/vegan/halal/gluten free (of the menu not just wings) : yes/no/no/no

Discounts / deals : Already pretty cheap wings

NOTE : you must order a drink when you order wings, so basically order the wings in one go, drinks are pretty expensive. Still works out VERY cheap overall though. Also if you go late at night they may have ran out of their vast supply so don’t leave it till 9pm on a friday.

Bunnys also have band karaoke on and 2 pool tables upstairs, overall just a sick venue with amazingly friendly staff.

Paz recommends : Eggs cali which is smoked salmon, avo, peppers, onions, chipotle crema and a poached egg on sourdough. Rachel also really enjoyed the vegan full english breakfast. I tried the vegan black pudding and it was better than normal black pudding! Also had the fried chicken with curly fries and gravy on another visit and that was delicioussss too.

Vegetarian/vegan/halal/gluten free : YES/YES/no/yes

Discounts / deals : 50% Off Chicken Mains on FRESHR

Cottonopolis has got to be one of my favourite places to eat, the quality of food is phenomenal. The vibe is really cool as well. They now have whole separate menus for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free!

Brunch and Pancakes : Moose Coffee

Tri-state combo again because it looks damn good

Paz recommends : Tri state combo eggs benedict, you can choose one of each, I go for smoked salmon on one and griddled ham on the other. The moose club sandwich is really good too (you gotta be hungry for this one) and any of the milkshakes! But the real star of Moose is the pancakes or waffles with maple syrup and bacon, o sweet lord just inject it straight into my veins.
